Return and Refund Policy
1. Customer have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. The delivery date is the date that the item was delivered base on tracking history of shipper provider.
3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or un used, with tags, and in its original packaging. you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. The return authorization number is required for returning.
5. Item send back to us without return authorization number will not be accepted.
6. Please contact us at neohairworldwide@gmail.com for the return authorization number and return instruction.
7. Customer have to pay for the return shipping cost if it is not the seller mistake.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that we need photos and Videos of the defective product along with photo of the packaging and the shipping slip
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and accessories goods (such as Derma Roller). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the returen is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
