1. We ship to worldwide.

2. We normally send item out within 1-2 business days after we got your order.

3. We will ship your item out by Express Airlines from Thailand to your address and you should get it within 3-5 business days. Using Aramax or DHL or FedEx or UPS depend on each destination.

4. Free tracking number so you can track your order.

5. For the importation of goods at the destination country Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

6. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs procedures.

8. In the event that the customer is unable to import the goods for any reason We will not accept returns.

9. Customers cannot cancel and request a refund after the item was ship out.
